DeGeorge most
recently served as chief client officer at Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), a network of U.S. agencies under Publicis Groupe that includes Razorfish, Digitas, Mars United Commerce, Arc
Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi X, Plowshare and 3Share.
She left PDX in August of 2024 and spent a year on “gardening leave” before joining Huge.
“Lauren is one of
the most well-respected and effective client leaders in the industry,” said Jim Coleman, executive chairman of Huge. “She builds lasting relationships grounded in trust
and insight and consistently helps brands navigate complexity to achieve real results.”
Prior to PDX, DeGeorge held senior roles at Edelman Digital and Publicis Sapient. She is
also a board member of Hi-ARTS, a nonprofit that sponsors multidisciplinary artists through developmental residencies.
Huge, a former Interpublic agency, was sold to private equity firm AEA
Investors late last year and subsequently merged with another AEA agency, Hero Digital. The Hero brand was retired.
Coleman is an operating
partner at AEA who became executive chair at Huge with the acquisition.
Separately, the agency announced last week that Behr Paint Company has selected Huge to do a major overhaul
of its website Behr.com. The remit includes modernizing both the front- and back-end infrastructure and introducing personalized, AI-powered tools that guide users through the
design-to-purchase journey. The new site will be unveiled next year.
