Gale has made three senior hires, reflective of the agency's
growth. It reported a 20% new business win rate over 2024.
The new staffers are Stephen Larkin as managing director, growth and development, Bina Rajput as managing director, business strategy
and Marc Parillo as managing director, integration and growth.
“We’re built to blend the strategic prowess of a consultancy with the imaginative power of a creative
shop,” said Andrew Noel, Global CEO. He said the trio “bring backgrounds that build on that unique combination of executive-level strategy and standout creative capabilities that our
clients have come to expect.”
The agency's focus on marketing strategy will service its full client roster, which includes Diageo, Chili’s Grill & Bar and MilkPEP.
Larkin joins from Erich & Kallman and R/GA, bringing 30 years of corporate expertise. He has headed assignments for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Hollywood Foreign Press
Association and Golden Globes.
