Grubhub Names New Creative Lead As Latest Step In Brand Transformation

On the heels of its recent brand refresh, food delivery platform Grubhub has named Jasmine Sharpe as the brand’s director of creative.

In the role, Sharpe will oversee all creative developed by Grubhub’s internal studio, as well as play a key role in working with its roster of agency partners, leading Grubhub’s visual identity and brand voice across all marketing touchpoints.

The move arrives about a year after Grubhub’s acquisition by Wonder Group, and follows its rebranding efforts this year.

As director of creative, Sharpe will report to Grubhub’s vice president, brand, Marnie Alain. The position has been vacant since earlier this year.

“Jasmine’s discerning eye for detail and vision have been transformative for our brand,” Kain said in a statement. “Our new visual identity truly resonates with our audience — and makes her the ideal person to guide our creative impact as we continue to evolve.”

The appointment also follows the news that Grubhub will make its national Super Bowl debut in 2026.

Sharpe joined Grubhub in late 2023, after previous brand marketing and design roles at companies including Microsoft, PepsiCo, and Starbucks. Her work reflects a design philosophy centering “storytelling and collaboration,” according to a release announcing the news.

She has also acted as an advocate for the importance of centering diverse voices in influential roles within the design industry.

“Diverse perspectives aren’t just nice to have,” she told the podcast "Months in Motion." “They’re essential to creating work that’s authentic, meaningful, and truly resonates with people.”
