Huge Appoints Campo CEO, Succeeding De Bonis

Huge, the former IPG and now independent digital agency has appointed Josh Campo as its new CEO, effective January 1, 2026.

He succeeds Lisa De Bonis, who has held the post since January of 2024 and led the business through the sale to AEA Investors late last year and its integration AEA’s Hero Digital.

Huge said De Bonis will remain in an advisory role through the end of 2025 to assist with the transition.

Campo was previously CEO of Publicis Groupe’s digital agency Razorfish and left in July when he was succeeded by Dani Mariano. At the time there were rumors that Campo was headed for the CEO post at Huge.

Huge said Campo will focus on advancing Huge’s Intelligent Experiences (IX) platform, expanding its global footprint, and deepening its service offerings across AI, human-centered design, and technology.

IPG acquired a majority stake in Huge in 2008, and it now has offices across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Clients include Nike, Google and McDonald’s.
