Stagwell agency SKDK has appointed CR Wooters, as
a Principal in the public affairs practice in Washington, D.C.
Wooters joins SKDK following four years at Uber, where he served as Senior Director and Head of Federal Affairs,
leading the company’s engagement with the White House, Congress, and all federal agencies.

Before joining Uber, Wooters co-founded a boutique public affairs consultancy advising Fortune
500 companies on strategy, crisis management, policy and coalition building. He previously served as a principal at Mehlman Consulting.
