Job search platform Indeed collaborated with New York
Times Advertising’s content studio, T Brand Studios, on a new series called “Off The Clock With Indeed.”
The four-part talk-show-style branded content series is hosted by
actor and comedian Jenny Slate (“Zootopia 2,” “It Ends With Us”), with each entry in the employer-focused series delving into a different topic through interviews with Indeed
leaders and experts. “Off The Clock with Indeed” launched
with its first entry this week, featuring Indeed Chief Revenue Officer Maggie Hulce discussing “the future of work and AI’s role in hiring.”
The series will continue
running through March on New York Times audio and digital platforms and social media, including amplification through Jenny Slate’s Instagram channel. Upcoming episodes will feature Indeed
Global Head of Attraction, Engagement Jessica Hardeman, workplace trends expert Priya Rathod, and Svenja Gudell, chief economist at the Indeed Hiring Lab.

Indeed described the series as
employing humor to make topics like skills-first hiring and the importance of workplace wellness, more digestible to its intended audience of employers. In addition to Slate’s appearances, the
series features writing contributions from Joe Mande (“Hacks,” “Parks & Recreation”).
“Ultimately, we hope to showcase how Indeed can equip employers with the
tools they need to hire more effectively and help job seekers to find opportunities that fit their needs,” Indeed Global Vice President of Marketing Carmen Graf said in a statement. “With
‘Off the Clock with Indeed,’ we are expanding how and where we show up for employers—meeting them with content that is informative, credible, and enjoyable to watch."
