
As part of its next
growth phase, Grey has promoted Agnes Fischer to U.S. CEO, while Samira Ansari has been appointed U.S. Chief Creative Officer. The decision unites the agency's New York and Cincinnati
offices.
Fischer, previously CEO Grey New York, will report to Laurent Ezekiel, Global CEO Ogilvy Group. Her tenure saw the creation of an award-winning Super Bowl
spot for Angel Soft and winning the Mary Kay and Almond Board of California accounts.
Prior to joining Grey, Fischer was president of BBH USA. She also held senior leadership positions at
T&P, Droga5 (pre-Accenture), TBWA\Chiat\Day and Anomaly.
Ansari joins Grey from Ogilvy New York, where she served as Chief Creative Officer of the network’s flagship for
two years. She helped secure $40 million in new business wins. In addition, she drove Coca-Cola to win its first Grand Prix in a decade with “Recycle Me” and helped
Nestlé's Sanpellegrino earn its first Lion for “With Love, Italy.” Her portfolio includes the Emmy-winning “McEnroe vs. McEnroe” for Michelob Ultra
in 2023.
