Agency C-Suite Supplies Expertise To Indie Agencies

Jordan Warren is filling a much-needed space for independent creative agencies. The 25-year ad vet has launched Agency C-Suite, a specialized executive consultancy that gives start-ups and emerging agencies access to senior-level leadership they can't afford full-time.

Warren believes fractional leadership gives such shops "a way to compete, scale and avoid the mistakes that often derail new agencies in their first few years."

Agency C-Suite clients include Adolescent Content and Hogwash. He has referred fractional executives with extensive agency experience in finance, legal, recruiting, HR, IT and M&A, tailored to creative agencies.

Jordan's model is predicated on his own expertise, having founded three agencies: Eleven, Argonaut and TBD Advertising. His client experience has ranged from Shutterfly and Fitbit to major global brands such as Apple, AT&T, Google, Nike and VW.

The launch arrives at a time when many senior leaders are re-evaluating their careers. Plus, given industry changes, indie shops are often competing with holding companies without a traditional infrastructure or senior-level experience.

“There has never been more opportunity for independent agencies,” Warren added. “But opportunity only becomes success when the right leadership is in place. Agency C-Suite exists to give founders the guidance, stability and strategic depth they need from day one.”
