Bakery has promoted four seasoned
agency pros to partner status.
The appointments strengthen Austin-based Bakery's leadership, augmented by major wins and launches across Nike, Tree Hut, Shiner, Sendero Provisions and
Diageo.
The new creative and operations roles reflect the agency's desire to promote from within — turning mid-level posts into ownership opportunities. The four partners are Kaleb
Sindac, Kerrie Heckel, Rodrigo Rothschild and Chuy Hernandez.
Sindac becomes EVP, head of design, while Heckel is now executive creative director. Before Bakery, she spent several years at T3
as senior art director.
Rothschild has also been upped to executive creative director. Prior to his his six-year tenure at Bakery, he was creative director at VML, Latinworks and DDB. He
continues his partnership with Jose "Hache" Hernandez, ECD, who joined from Leo Burnett Chicago earlier this year.

Chuy Hernandez has been named head of production/managing partner. He will
also double as president/co-founder of Supernatural, the content arm of Bakery's growing roster of agencies, which includes media agency Ken. Chuy previously worked at Preacher and Callen, and
globally with Omnicom, Stagwell and Saatchi & Saatchi.
“They may be new partners, but they're well-known faces to our team and our clients. These four have been instrumental in
shaping the work, the culture and the future we’re building,” said Micky Ogando, founder/CCO of Bakery.
