Pace has appointed Rosemary Calderone as its first chief growth officer. In her new role, she will oversee both the marketing and new business teams.
Calderone's agency experience
includes McCann Worldgroup, Havas Worldwide and Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal. At MSL, she was also EVP, global client lead. Her brand work has included Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Verizon,
Vanguard, Liberty Mutual and Coca-Cola.

Headquartered in Greensboro, N.C.-based, Pace has staffers in various U.S. cities. Calderone is based in Boulder, Colorado.
