Crossmedia Snags Two Holdco Media Veterans For Senior Roles

Independent media agency Crossmedia has hired two holding company veterans for senior leadership roles.

Dino Mytides has been appointed executive director-head of Redbox, the agency’s business intelligence practice. And Kaitlyn McInnis is named executive director-integrated investment.

Mytides joins Crossmedia from Universal McCann (UM), where he served as executive vice president-data & analytics. He’s credited with having built and managed a global analytics team focused on advanced measurement, audience optimization, and privacy-compliant data strategies.

As Redbox leader, he is tasked with evolving the strategy for analytics, measurement, and audience solutions.

McInnis joins Crossmedia from Zenith, where she most recently served as executive vice president-head of investment and operations, overseeing enterprise-level media investment across linear and digital channels for brands including Walmart, AT&T, Kraft, and American Express.

She will lead Crossmedia’s integrated investment strategy across all paid media, overseeing the investment team and the agency’s senior marketplace partnerships.

“As we continue building Crossmedia for the future, Dino and Kaitlyn will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver smarter, more accountable client outcomes,” said Kamran Asghar, Global CEO and Co-Founder, Crossmedia.

The hires are the latest in a series of management moves by the agency to drive further growth. In December it promoted Anne Bologna to president. A six-year veteran of Crossmedia, she is the first executive there to hold the office of president. While she oversees day-to-day management of US operations, Asghar will focus on long-term vision and capabilities expansion.

Crossmedia has headquarters in NYC and hubs across the U.S., London, Germany, and Toronto. Clients include U.S. Bank, Invesco, Zalando, Sub Zero, Newell Brands, Herschend, Lincoln Financial, and Planet Fitness.
