Creative agency Another Thing has added to its senior ranks.
Kimmy Dalton joins the independent shop as managing
director. She will oversee agency operations and client partnerships, helping to chart the agency’s next expansion.
Previously, Dalton was head of account management at MullenLowe in
Boston. Her agency tenures include Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Barton F. Graf and Wieden+Kennedy. Dalton has worked on key campaigns, including KFC’s rotating “Colonel
Campaign,” which she helped lead for five years, Travel Oregon’s “Only Slightly Exaggerated” and the award-winning Miyazaki-inspired animated films.
“The
opportunity to build a different kind of agency is a dream come true,” said Dalton. “Clients have changed and as agency partners, we have to work with them differently. We’re ready
to make some waves in this crazy industry with what we are building together.”

Dalton’s arrival dovetails with Another Thing's wins for Rti fast-casual restaurants (owned by Edible
Arrangements), Navan travel platform and Pure Protein. All work is expected this year.
“Kimmy embodies the type of innovative leader who lifts the creative bar while building
genuine partnerships — both internally and externally,” said CEO Chris Pape. “Part of what we’re building is a new model that embeds deeply with client-side internal agencies.
Bringing her into the fold strengthens our leadership bench.”
Founded in 2025, Another Thing is headquartered in Boston and Richmond, Virginia. The agency has worked with various
brands, including Mike’s Hot Honey, Shake Shack and Planet Fitness.
