Xenopoulos’ dual role is new. The last person to lead the New York Office as CEO was Beth Ann Kaminkow. She also had a dual role,
including Chief Commercial Officer. She departed for Dentsu last year.
In addition to leading the New York
operations, Xenopoulos will also oversee creative work for some of the agency's largest global clients, including Ford Motor Company.
Xenopoulos is a 15-year
veteran of the agency who most recently served as Global Chief Creative Officer, WPP | Ford and Chief Creative Officer VML North America.
Routhier joins Tom
Murphy as a CCO for the North America region, and jointly they will oversee creative output there.
Previously she served as Global Chief Creative Officer, Health + Wellness and
CCO, Chicago at VML.
