
Email marketers can be slowed down by creative and
compliance risks that require a manual workaround.
In response, Validity has launched an AI-driven platform called Engage that it says can help brands predict outcomes.. The product was
scheduled to debut at the Litmus Live 2026 event.
The goal is to help marketers “see what’s coming, act fast, and deliver better campaigns with far less friction,”
says Mark Briggs, founder, chairman, and CEO at Validity.
Engage is trained not on limited internal data but on Validity’s data network, which now processes more than 2.5 billion
data points per day.
According to Validity, Engage includes these features:
- Ignite Agent flags and fixes rendering, code and compliance risks prior to send.
- Guardian Agent: monitors the subscriber experience and deliverability.
- Expression Agent generates on-brand copy and variants for subject lines, body, and calls to
action.
- Insight Agent shows how senders stack up against competitors while highlighting missed revenue opportunities.

Validity has also announced
expanded deliverability capabilities within the Litmus platform. Users can view aggregated inbox, spam and tab placement data from recent campaigns. Validity acquired Litmus last year.
