Ship-Shape Email: An AI Tool To Enable Prospect Mailings

Email marketers can easily run into trouble with their acquisition campaigns. For one thing, they can annoy prospects, especially if they keep sending messages. Worse, they can drive bounces and end up in spam folders.

RocketReach has launched an AI tool called Sequences to help email senders cope with these and other problems. It hopes to enable email senders to execute “consistent, high-quality outreach at scale,” says Chris Long, head of product for RocketReach.

The new tool enables users to build sequences with automated follow-ups and personalization and to perform an automatic stop when a contact replies or an email bounces.

RocketReach has also greatly expanded its Intent Data coverage while building its database. It has also introduced a simplified Universal Credits model for API clients.

"Sequences represent a major step in our AI strategy," Long, adds. "We're automating the most time-consuming parts of prospecting while keeping teams in control.”

Long adds that the firm also seeks to help marketers by “grounding AI in trusted data and real-world context.”

RocketReach has also, since its last update, expanded its Intent Data strength via a partnership with 5x5 Data, which is powered by Intensify. It now offers more than 35,000 intent topics, 50 million+ new signals per week and signal volume tripled, it says.
