
Agustina Garavilla has been upped to Global Chief Operating Officer, GUT. Before this, she served as the agency's global head of operations.
She reports to Global CEO Andrea Diquez, who called Garavilla “vital to the growth and success of our network, brand and culture.”
In her new role, Garavilla will lead the
agency's global operations, overseeing integration and cross-office collaboration. Her remit is to strengthen the systems and partnerships across 12 offices worldwide.
“In my role, it is
critical to connect strategy with execution in order to keep the engine running. I'll remain focused on making sure GUT is a place where people, brave creativity and culture thrive,” Garavilla
said.
During her time at GUT, she's played a key role in integrating Globant’s marketing and advertising capabilities — including AI, digital marketing, media, MarTech, data
analytics, and health and pharma marketing. Globant acquired the creative agency in November 2023.

Her previous agency roles include account director at Human and Wolf BCPP, and account
supervisor at Leo Burnett.
Garavilla takes her new post as the agency turns eight. Its client list includes Skol, Stella Artois, Roche and Wild Turkey bourbon.
