The Lead Lady Email Marketing Services Debuts To Serve Health Brands

A new email marketing agency has been launched in Atlanta. Get ready for the name: The Lead Lady Email Marketing Services LLC. 

The  company was created to serve brands in the women’s health, functional medicine, fitness and nutrition fields, where email marketing is often difficult to execute consistently.

“Many health and wellness business owners know email marketing matters, but getting the emails written and sent consistently is where things break down,” says founder  Monica Hutchison, in a statement.. “The goal is to make email marketing more usable, more strategic, and less overwhelming.”

The Lead Lady can help clients send nurture emails, promotional emails, sales copy and other campaigns, the goal being to guide leaders from initial interest to consultation booking or purchase.

As part of the launch, the firm has introduced Copy Clinic A.I., a private copy engine designed for women’s health and functional medicine marketers.

This tool was created to help businesses generate relevant email copy that can drive faster booking of appointments while avoiding inconsistent follow-ups or generic AI output that does not reflect the brand voice, the company says.

Hutchinson points out on the Lead Lady website that she has “built and managed email campaigns inside a medical marketing agency that helped clients generate close to $1,000,000 in revenue—by turning warm leads into booked consults, program sign-ups, and repeat buyers.”

But she continues that “I didn’t get into this because I’m obsessed with ‘email marketing.’ I got into it because I kept seeing the same problem across wellness brands: Smart, capable practitioners with a full plate… staring at a blank screen thinking, “What do I even send this week?
