Creative marketing agency CTP has upped Grant Pace from
executive creative director to Chief Creative Officer.
Pace has been with the agency for 20 years. He will guide its creative vision and strengthen CTP's positioning —
"Differences, made." The agency's philosophy is that stories with the greatest impact arise from human insights and perspectives.
In addition, Jen Visconti returns to the Boston-based agency
as creative director. Beginning her ad career at CTP, she later moved to MullenLowe U.S., which was acquired by TBWA\Chiat\Day in December. She spent seven years at Mullen, first as an art
director and later as associate creative director.
Her brand experience includes T.J.Maxx, Invesco, Bayer and the Department of Defense. At CTP, she will partner with Mark Bappe, the
agency’s senior vice president/creative director.

“There’s a heartbeat in the storytelling here that makes it unmistakably CTP,” said Pace. “I feel
energized and excited to imagine a world where I have the time and freedom to take a 30,000-foot view of our creative product, our growth, our mission and the next chapter.”
Founded in
1996, CTP is building and evolving its creative strategy. Client work has included Delta Dental of Massachusetts, the Red Sox, Eastern Bank and Veir.
“These moves allow us to build
on the strong creative foundation that Grant has helped establish, while bringing new energy and perspective into the department,” said Fred Conover, CTP founder/president.
