The C-suite expansion follows a rebrand of the agency, positioning it as a creator of “Wildly Original” ideas that garner outsized business results.

Most recently serving as Head of Strategy at Curiosity and Petermayer, Thomas worked with brands including Quantum Fiber, Brooks Running Shoes, Fresh Direct, Crayola, Nerf, Hancock Whitney Bank, Stoli Vodka, Pringles and more.

Husar has been with RP3 for eight years and is credited with building and managing the strategic team, leading the planning, design, and execution of research-driven marketing and communications campaigns. Earlier Husar held research roles at PwC and BBDO.

RP3 clients include Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide.
