Executives at Turlock, CA-based ad agency Noble
West have formed a new unit that they’re calling Secondborn which is described as a “creative incubator” designed specifically for challenger
brands in the health and sustainability fields.
The new offering provides short-term engagements designed to accelerate branding and creative
output for clients that don’t see a need for a long-term agency relationship.

Different service packages include creative workshops for in-house teams, longer
creative ideation engagements, as well as solutions focused on content strategy/production and community activations and events.
Noble West was formed in 2007 by CEO Ali
Cox. Kate Holgate and Sarah Tjoa are partners in the firm.
