ZOA Energy is launching a new
campaign and tagline — “You Can’t Fake This Kind of Energy” — in addition to redesigned packaging. It's also debuting a new limited-edition flavor, blue-raspberry Shave
Ice, available May 18 on Amazon.
The creative is the first from Highdive and will run across social and digital channels. The updated design launches this June.
Rather
than use actors, real people are featured in the work, positioning ZOA as an energy drink for daily life.
Co-founded by Dwayne Johnson, Dave Rienzi, Dany Garcia and John Shulman, ZOA Energy is
a plant-based caffeine with electrolytes offered in 10 flavors. The brand is available at major retailers nationwide.
“ZOA has always been about showing up as your best self, and this
next chapter reflects that in an honest and relatable way,” said Tracey Bien Schenck, senior director of marketing, non-alcoholic brands at Molson Coors Beverage Company.
Sources
estimated ZOA Energy's 2025 revenue to be approximately $40 million, a drop from a high of $100 million in 2022. In January, the brand agreed to pay $3 million in a class-action settlement over
preservative claims.
