The Ogilvy Group has promoted Kelsey Murray to global head of
growth. Philip Heimann previously led growth at the agency and was recently elevated to global head of growth at parent company WPP.
Reporting to global CEO Laurent Ezekiel, Murray will
lead growth efforts across The Ogilvy Group’s agencies, including Ogilvy, Grey, David, New Commercial Arts, INGO, among others, with a focus on strengthening collaboration across the
network to drive new business success.

Previously, she served in the same capacity for Grey, now part of The Ogilvy Group. Before joining Grey three-and-a-half years ago, she held
growth roles at Havas.
Ogilvy said Murray’s leadership has been instrumental in winning numerous pitches including integrated global wins
for Henkel Consumer Brands and Kenvue
among others.
