Pennsylvania legislators are considering a variety of measures to raise revenue, including a 5% tax on companies that sell digital advertising in the state, a measure that is moving through
the house with bi-partisan support, WGAL reports. The tax would raise between $500 million and $900 million. Other ideas being considered are legalization of cannabis and regulation and taxing of
skill games.
