Louis Magazine reports. This is one of a few deals that could consolidate St. Louis media into a couple of hands. Nexstar, which already owns KTVI (Fox 2) and KPLR (Channel 11) has
acquired Tegna, owner of KSDK (Channel 5) and is planning to integrate the operations. In addition, ABC is moving its St. Louis affiliation from Sinclair Broadcast Group, which owns KDNL (Channel 30)
to Gray Media, operator of KMOV (Channel 4).
