Viant Technology Inc. has added Craig Abrahams, a technology and digital media executive, to its board of directors, CityBiz reports. The appointment brings an experienced operator and dealmaker to the board as Viant seeks to expand its CTV and AI-powered programmatic advertising businesses. Abrahams co-sounded Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment’s digital gaming subsidiary.“We’re excited to welcome Craig to Viant’s Board as an independent director,” CEO and co-founder said Tim Vanderhook said. “Craig is an experienced entrepreneur, founder and executive with over 25 years of experience in technology and digital media.”
