The worldwide trend of banning social media for children has been blocked in France, BBC reports. The country’s Constitutional Council struck down a ban for the under-15 age group on the
grounds that it infringed freedom of expression. French President Emmanual Macron has asked Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu to prepare a new draft that would address the council's
points.
