Stagwell’s Code And Theory is adding more muscle to its global digital transformation leadership team with the addition of former Accenture and Meta executives. Deepthi Reddy Sanikommu is joining as group director, enterprise platforms and Dave Thomas as group director of technology. Both positions are new.  

According to the agency they will deepen its Adobe enterprise platform delivery and accelerate agentic workflow capabilities through The Machine, Stagwell’s agentic operating system for marketing.   

Sanikommu will lead Code and Theory’s global Enterprise Platforms discipline, with the task of expanding architecture and delivery across the firm’s Adobe practice. Thomas will lead engineering for The Machine, and will be responsible for advancing capabilities across agentic workflow orchestration, semantic search and AI-powered optimization.  

Sanikommu has more than two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise technology practices, having held leadership roles at Accenture, EY and Merkle.  

Before Code and Theory, Thomas held senior engineering and AI leadership roles at Upside and led product and engineering teams at Meta, Indeed, Xpanse, SolarWinds and venture-backed startups.
