
Agency veteran Henry Riggall is joining
Atlanta-based Chalkboard Ventures, the parent company of creative agency Trade School and media agency 22squared as Chief Growth Officer, succeeding Christy Cross who left the company earlier this
year.
Reporting to Chalkboard Ventures CEO Genna Franconi, Riggall is tasked with leading the agencies’ client expansion efforts, capability
development and overall growth strategy.

Riggall previously served as executive vice president-growth and partnerships at Omnicom’s Merkley + Partners. Earlier he led new business
teams across JWT, Wunderman Thompson and Havas.
Riggall is Chalkboard Ventures’ second senior hire this year. In June, Trade School named Justin Bilicki Chief Creative Officer.
Bilicki leads Trade School’s nearly 40-person creative and production team.
Founded in 1922 and with more than 350 employees, the agencies currently work with clients such as The Home Depot,
Grammarly, Southeast Toyota, and Baskin-Robbins.
