The Trump administration suffered a defeat in federal court when U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly ruled that the White House cannot ban MS Now, CNN and Politico, MS Now reports. Kelly stated that
the ban probably violates the First Amendment’s due process clause and the First Amendment. The judge also rejected the administration’s national security argument justification.
