With the company's capital expenditures reaching an all-time high, Meta has announced plans to raise $95 billion in support of its ongoing investments in artificial intelligence models, products,
infrastructure, and the development of superintelligence.
According to a statement issued by Meta on Monday, Oct 26, potential early investors include Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices, and Broadcom, which have expressed interest in
purchasing up to $5 billion in shares.
Meta will raise approximately $35 billion in underwritten public offerings, consisting of $22.5 billion of Class A common stock and $12.5 billion in

The company aims to raise more money to “expand the infrastructure and compute
capacity” in support of “new opportunities across personal superintelligence, consumer and business agents, enterprise products, and AI glasses.”
In its most recent earnings report, Meta increased its revenue by 26% year-over-year, but its
expenses were 68% higher than the year prior, driving free cash flow down to negative $2.12 billion.
Compared to Q3 2025, in which Meta reported $19.37 billion in capital expenditures, the
company spent $34.91 billion this previous quarter. The company expects capital expenditures to reach between $135 to $145 billion -- up from original expectations of $130 billion -- for 2026.
During its Q3 earnings call, Meta’s CFO Susan Li told investors that the company plans to position its Muse AI agent and Muse One subscription offering at the heart of its AI revenue push,
expecting to see costs improve tenfold over the next year.
Goldman Sachs estimates show that AI-related capital spending could reach $7.6 trillion over the next five years.
