WARREN SMITH has been named director of sales, international on-demand licensing for NBC Universal Television International Distribution. Smith will handle on-demand licensing for NBC Universal's product outside of the U.S. and Canada, primarily European territories. Previously, Smith served as a senior legal & business affairs executive at FremantleMedia.
