Digitas Chicago has been named agency of record for Whirlpool Corporation and will handle interactive and relationship marketing for its entire U.S. brand portfolio, which includes Whirlpool,
KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air and Amana brands. Responsibilities for interactive include campaign strategy, creative, media planning, buying and execution. The relationship marketing assignment
includes all direct to consumer marketing programs. In addition, the agency added public relations and event marketing responsibilities for the Jenn-Air brand. The agency's current work for
KitchenAid includes PR and event marketing.
