Honda Motor Co. said yesterday that sales are expected to rise 5% to an all-time high of 3.55 million vehicles this year worldwide.
The company reported it expects its 20th
consecutive year of sales records in the U.S., with 2006 sales up 3% to 1.51 million vehicles. The company expects a similar increase next year.
Sales have been driven in the U.S. by Honda
CR-V, Odyssey minivan, Honda Pilot and the Accord and Civic. -- Karl Greenberg
