Fixing the Polling Problem

It can be hard to pin people down for poll-taking when they don’t sit in front of their computers or near their home phones long enough to answer a few questions. This is a problem ScenarioDNA aims to fix with mDive, created in partnership with Mobile Transit Authority LLC, an Atlanta-based mobile marketing company. The product employs the agency’s mobile platform, which uses SMS, WAP, and click-to-call interactive voice responses to automated voice menus to survey people who opt into receiving the queries.

The surveying tool queries a panel from the desired demographic, enticing them with sweepstakes or giveaways, and then queries those who opt in with a 10-question poll or a 3-minute interactive-voice-response survey.

The mDive package includes question development, survey delivery, and an analysis of the data for $6,500. The survey’s delivery can also be staggered over several time periods, for custom pricing.
