Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide made two senior hires in the Washington, D.C. office. Andrew Schacht joins Ogilvy PR as senior vice president and director of operations for the Creative Studio. He
was previously the GM of three Washington area advertising agencies. Angie Montes comes on board as vice president in the Health Policy Group. Most recently, she led the federal lobbying team at the
American Diabetes Association.
