Carat named Grant McDougall as executive vice president, group account director. He will be based in San Francisco and responsible for leading several global and domestic relationships across Carat.
Grant joins Carat from Modem Media/Digitas, where he served as managing director of the London office, leading the Global HP business. --Amy Corr
