Publicis has tapped Paul Hindle as managing partner of Optimedia Inside New York, a new joint venture of Publicis Group's Publicis USA and Optimedia U.S. units formed to develop "media neutral
strategic solutions for clients." Hindle had previously been executive vice president-director of channel planning at WPP's Young & Rubicam unit and director of strategic planning at Omnicom's OMD
unit.
