AFTRA Hammers Out Deal With Nets

It took the WGA four months to hammer out an agreement. Now that the groundwork is laid, it may be easier for other unions. AFTRA, which covers TV and radio actors, and the major networks reached a tentative agreement late Saturday on a new network TV code for its daytime and other members. The deal includes a payment structure for new media.
