FBN will be simulcast for subscribers to the various services.
"Placing Fox Business Network content on MobiTV helps us reach the fast-growing mobile television audience," said Tim Carry, senior vice president of affiliate relations for at FBN. "We are pleased to partner with MobiTV to bring breaking business and financial news to viewers."
The move looks to give FBN distribution beyond the 30 million or so TV homes it is currently in, although not by much. To date, Mobile TV has, in large part, failed to achieve widespread adoption.
FBN shows such as "Fox Business Morning," "The Opening Bell" and "Cavuto" will be available for on-the-go users.
Jeff Bartee, vice president of content and programming at MobiTV, said the addition of FBN gives subscribers "anywhere access to breaking business and financial news."
