ABC Taps Daniello As SVP, Integrated Marketing

logoCompleting its re-shuffling of its advertiser-focused marketing and cross-platform selling executives, ABC has promoted Jerry Daniello to senior vice president of integrated marketing and promotion for the network.

Daniello will replace Dan Longest, who was recently promoted to senior vice president of Disney/ABC Unlimited, the media company's cross-media selling advertising division. Daniello reports to Mike Shaw, president of advertising sales and marketing for the ABC Television Network.

Daniello had been vice president of integrated marketing and promotion for ABC, handling sponsorship deals for ABC Daytime, ABC News and SOAPnet. He has been with ABC for eight years, starting as a manager of integrated marketing and promotion. Before ABC, Daniello had been with DraftWorldwide.

The changes started when Bill Bund--senior vice president Disney/ABC Unlimited, who started up the division in 2000--decided to leave New York earlier this month and return to his Midwest roots, taking a position as senior vice president and managing director for the Central Sales Division for ABC.
