Renaissance hotels & resorts launched its "Modern Renaissance" campaign in fall 2007, with a focus on discovery and curiosity, and it needed a Web presence that
expanded on this message. T3 created revealrenaissance.com, inviting visitors to "Dive in and find something interesting." Wellknown images of Renaissance art are reinterpreted into three
imaginative hotel scenarios, and users can mouse over "fireflies" to learn about hotel elements and signature services. Visitors can engage in cocktail mixology, get their travel fortune told or
sign up as a Facebook fan. T3 also developed a user-generated content sweepstakes in which guests submit photos and a description of their most interesting stay. More than 21,000 stays have been
entered since February 2008.
