The online sweepstakes at HalloweenMillion.com will award one person $1 million, while an instant win game will award 20,000 other prizes.

At the site, consumers enter a UPC code on products from M&Ms, Milky Way, Snickers, Skittles, Starburst, Musketeers and Twix brands.

The consumer automatically enters that brand's "room" in the Million Dollar Mansion, such as the M&M's Ballroom, Milky Way's Observatory and Skittles' Gaming Parlor. In addition to offering games, each room contains a "clickable" item that will reveal instant win messages. Prizes range from free product coupons to $1,000 M&M's-branded Visa debit cards, and all participants are entered in the sweepstakes for the $1 million grand prize.

The contest is supported by an ad campaign, including television and print as well as two national FSIs. The TV spot, featuring the Headless Horseman with the Red and Yellow M&M's characters, is airing nationally through Friday.--Nina M. Lentini
