The Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) has launched its fifth annual State-of-the-SEM Market Survey to take the pulse of the economy's effect on annual online marketing budgets
across industries.
SEMPO partnered with Incisive Media, the producers of the Search Engine Strategies (SES) conferences, and Los Angeles-based Radar Research to conduct the survey,
which runs through Jan. 15.
Survey participants will receive preliminary results before SEMPO releases the report to members. SEMPO also will enter participants' names into a random drawing to
receive an 8-GB Apple iPod Touch, one free pass to a North American SES Conference or one free pass to the SMX West Conference in February 2009.--Laurie Sullivan
