Using Visible World's addressable
technology, intelliSpot, SaysMe.TV users can personalize TV ads they want to see at any time. Plus, consumers can create their ads and determine broadcast times online by visiting SaysMe.TV's site or
with any of the SaysMe.TV partners.
SaysMe.TV says it's the only company that enables consumers and small businesses to buy individual spots on cable networks. Consumers and businesses can also
target individual markets. Campaigns can be run for as little as $100, the company says.
SaysMe.TV started a year ago with political and issue-oriented TV commercials. Now, users can
personalize ads in categories such as personals/classifieds, religion/spirituality, sports rivalries and local business.

SaysMe.TV, which launched last year, has investors that include Intel
Capital, Prime Capital, Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Films and outdoor-media executive William Apfelbaum.
Visible World enables television advertisers to target commercial messages based on
geography, programming, commercial inventory, time of day, weather and other data-driven conditions. Visible World has done deals with over 150 national advertisers.
