Katryn is the Director of Client Services at Situation – a digital agency best known for helping brands build passionate communities through digital-first marketing strategies.   

Katryn oversees the agency’s nonprofit & culture division and works with brands such as The Metropolitan Opera, New York Philharmonic, Roundabout Theatre Company, BAM, and Meals on Wheels, among others. Katryn is passionate about bringing engaging digital solutions to her clients. She has spoken at the National Arts Marketing Project Conference, Thrive Arts Conference, and the Meals on Wheels Annual Conference.

Before joining the team at Situation, Katryn managed marketing and new media efforts at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. She currently sits on the Junior Board of Doug Varone and Dancers, and when she’s not developing digital strategies for her clients, you can find her in craft breweries across the country searching for the perfect pour.
