Last week, real estate publisher Timothy M. Warren Sr., chairman of Boston's The Warren Group, died at the age of 89, reported The Boston Herald. The obituary says that a memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 4, at the First Parish in Concord.

According to The Boston Herald, Boston-based ad agency Arnold Worldwide is "considering a relocation to the original Filene's building in Downtown Crossing."
