NBC U Taps Smith For Women, Lifestyle Brands

NBC Universal has promoted Hilary Smith to senior vice president-communications for the NBC Universal Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Networks, where she will oversee "corporate messaging and media outreach" for the consumer, trade and business strategies of Women@NBCU, iVillage "Green is Universal" and Health. She is also responsible for developing strategies across female-skewing brands within the Women & Lifestyle Entertainment Networks division. She had been vice president of NBC Universal Corporate Communications.
