American Eagle Outfitters says it will introduce its 77kids concept with a pop-up store in the Pittsburgh, Pa., area, just in time for the holiday season.
The teen retailer, which
introduced 77kids as an online-only concept last year, says the temporary store at the Mall of Robinson will be open for 77 days, and sell denim, graphic tees, hoodies, cold weather accessories, and
sleepwear, and also allow shoppers to browse its whole collection via touchscreens at kiosks.
The company says it will donate a portion of the first day's sales Operation Warm, a nonprofit
that distributes new coats to kids in need.--Sarah Mahoney
