Email Giant Responsys Acquires Smith-Harmon, Will Integrate Digital Marketing Services

Email marketing services giant Responsys has agreed to acquire Seattle-based digital marketing services shop Smith-Harmon. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the companies said it would integrate Smith-Harmon's strategic planning and creative design capabilities into Responsys' cross-channel marketing programs, including email marketing. In related news, Responsys also unveiled a new Responsys Interact Suite.
