HUGE, the DUMBO, Brooklyn-based digital agency that is part owned by Interpublic, has announced a reorganization of its top management team that includes the departure of two of its founding partners:
David Skokna and Sasha Kirovski.
Skokna, who recently guest edited the September issue of MEDIA magazine, had been executive creative director. Kirovski had been the partner in charge of
technology.
Aaron Shapiro, another partner responsible for the company’s growth, business operations, and strategic leadership with clients, adds the title of Chief Executive Officer.
Gene Liebel, a partner who led the creation of the agency’s design capabilities and process, will become Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for overseeing the agency’s product design
and analytics practices.
Joe Stewart, currently executive dreative director and lead creative agency’s Pepsi, Reuters, Target, JetBlue and several other accounts, has been named
partner-executive creative director, and will continue to oversee the agency’s creative department.
Several other key long-time HUGE executives have also been promoted:

Au, currently general manager, has been named managing partner.
Michal Pasternak, who currently leads the agency’s user experience group, has been named partner-user experience.
Patricia Korth-McDonnell, director of strategy, has been appointed partner-client services.
Felipe Memoria, design director, has been named partner-product design.
